After two years of servicing Smart Reply, we unfortunately must now say goodbye.
Today we’re announcing that we will be shutting down the Fluenty App on December 31th, 2017.

We want to thank each of you for your years of trust and support.

For those who are currently subscribing to the upgraded version of Smart Reply, you are eligible for a refund.

The specific shutdown schedule is as follows:

• App unpublish: November 27th, 2017

• Service closing: December 31th, 2017

• Customers eligible for refund: Only those who made payments between June 27th, 2017 and November 27th, 2017

• Refund Amount: $0.99 per subscription

• Refund will be implemented by the Fluenty team over the course of 2 months.
